Providing financial assistance to college-bound residents of Clark, New Jersey
Since 1952, the Clark Scholarship Fund has honored outstanding Clark Township students. Recipients must live in Clark, but may attend any area school. The scholarships are awarded based primarily on financial need, taking into account academic achievement, character and leadership as demonstrated by school and community activities.
The Fund does not receive support from government or foundation sources and is dependent on the generosity of its donors, relying on the tax-free contributions of businesses and individuals in the community. The only requirement to apply is that the student must have resided in Clark for one year prior to application. Over our long history this one requirement has allowed the Fund to most broadly serve the community.
Contributions may be sent, payable to the Clark Scholarship Fund, c/o Lance Steinberg, 357 Oak Ridge Road, Clark NJ 07066.
